Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14 day return policy on prescription glasses and sunglasses, as well as a 365 day warranty on eyewear, from your delivery date. Our 365-Day warranty means Customers are eligible for a one-time replacement pair within 12 months. A one-time replacement pair will be only issued if there are clear defects in material and workmanship. Product warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.
We provide free returns on all of our products during these time periods. To make a return, simply e-mail us within the stated days for a complimentary electronic shipping label that you can print off. Once you have the label, we ask that you ship your glasses back to us as soon as possible to initiate your refund.

Glasses and sunglasses must be returned in their original unused and unworn condition. Returns or exchanges may be denied, in very rare circumstances, based on the nature of prior transactions. Returns of prescription glasses and sunglasses made after 14 days are subject to a restocking fee.
